The service staff is very kind. The facilities provided in the hotel are very complete. The double room is comfortable and soundproofed at night. I don't need to wear earplugs. The transportation is very convenient. It is 3 to 5 minutes away from the train station. I recommend it to all travelers coming to Venice. Come and stay at this hotel, which is only 10 minutes away from the island by train.

Everything!! Rooms are large & clean. Bed & pillows are comfortable. Receptionists are very polite & helpful. Housekeepers work very well. Kitchen is big with many microwaves and electric stoves that you can use to cook for yourself (but no pan, pot, utencils provided). Common area is spacious with many tables for dining. Washing machine & clothes dryer are available (extra charge). Pool table is also available if you want to have a game with your friend. Location is great. Although this hotel is not on the Venice Island itself, the hotel just one station away and so not too crowded by tourists. The price is reasonable and appropriate with the room you get. Very close to bus stop and just 500 m from Venezia Mestre train station (10 min to Venice Island). To sum up, I love everything of this hotel and highly recommended.

We were honoured to stay in a perfectly renovated Monastery with such a long history. The place was brought back to life, restored beautifully to preserve its historical beauty yet amended with modern facilities. Breakfast in the courtyard was great. The room was spacious and well equipped with Canal Views. Easy walk to both landmarks and the Vaporetto stop. Highly recommended!

Breathtaking view from the window! Incredible sunrise forever in my heart! Great location - very close to vaporetto and boats! It’s very convenient if you arrive by car, you can park at Marive Transport with a discount and take the shuttle that will take you directly the Hotel. The hotel is located in quiet areas but at the same time close to all attractions. Room has everything for comfortable staying, everything is clean and orderly. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again!

Very good and thought through concept. Clean, spacious, good shower facilities. Very nice seating spaces outside. Modern and bright.
