The female dorm was very clean n comfortable. There were always some fun events ongoing but unfortunately I couldn't attend any. Free pasta, complimentary drinks, again couldn't have anything as I was always roaming outside. But the best part was the reception staff. Everyone was super cool, extremely helpful and even took extra effort when my charger didn't work. Let me borrow the charger, even charged my power backup overnight. The Cappuccino n tea cake was always amazing and I regret I couldn't have it one day due to my schedule.

The ladies at this hotel are absolutelty amazing. Friendly is the first, middle and family name. A family run business close to everything. A stone throw away from Navigli restaurants.

We had such a blast at casaBase. There was a party that evening, so we could join in on the fun. I loved the little kitchen area where we had everything to cook dinner and have our morning coffee, read some of the books or even play the piano.

The hostel was a very good location, not too far to walk into old town. It was also clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were cleaned and restocked all throughout the day and the kitchen facilities were very good. I asked to change to a bed closer to the fan (one ceiling fan per room) and I was able to change which was helpful and helped me sleep better.

All were incredible,the staff was very friendly,room was really big and included all that we needed. I would like to separately note that it was very warm, the blanket was very thin and warm, very comfortable, the mattress was very cool, comfortable. The pillows too. I am very demanding of the bed - here everything was at a good level. It was quiet, maybe because we were there for Christmas - I liked it. The breakfast is not very varied, but this is compensated by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room. I have been to different countries, different hotels - but I really liked it here! And of course the location - very close to the metro, convenient! Easy to get to the airport.
