The hostel was very well located, a 2 min walk from the entrance to petra. Could not have been closer! The staff were relaxed and were available at all times. They allowed us to leave our bags to go explore petra when we arrived early. The bathrooms were spotless as they were cleaned constantly. The cabins were hot during the day but they cooled down at night which was perfect for sleeping. Definitely good value for money.

I had an incredible experience at Petra Cabin Hostel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — they truly made me feel at home. From helping with local tips to arranging transport and meals, they went above and beyond. The location is ideal — just a short walk from Petra’s entrance, which made it super convenient to get an early start. The capsule cabins were clean, cozy, and private, with charging ports, lights, and curtains for a great night’s sleep. One of the best surprises was the food. The dinner was freshly prepared and delicious, offering a taste of local Jordanian flavors. I also appreciated the packed lunch box they offered for Petra hikes — generous portions, healthy options, and super convenient for a full day of exploring. The bathrooms and common areas were spotless, and breakfast was tasty and filling with a good mix of options. I also enjoyed the relaxed, social vibe in the lounge where travelers gathered to share stories. Fantastic, kind staff Clean, modern capsules Delicious dinner & handy lunch boxes Excellent location Great value for money I’d highly recommend Petra Cabin Hostel to anyone visiting the area — it was one of the best parts of my Jordan trip!
