HungaryThe owner was waiting for us at the exact time we told him we'll arrive. We got sweets and discount tickets to onsen. I was amazed by that onsen hotel, Infinity rooftop pool, it was fantastic. We had a car, the lake and shops are in a 3 min drive. The hotel is quite old, but everything was good. Clean bed sheets, warm, bright, no smoke smell in the room, silent at night. We were travelling with a 1 year-old toddler, it was safe for her too. There is a loft in the room, we did not use it.

Hong KongLoved staying here at Ponkotan. I stayed here for a week after skiing at rusutsu and it was a lovely comfortable stay. Very clean lovely hostel and hostel is super lovely! I would come and stay here again if I visit lake toya again.
