Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

We had a great stay at this hostel. The view of the harbour from the room was magnificent and the room was comfortable and bright. There is a cafe/bar at the reception which serves very good coffee. Highly recommended!

Really friendly owners, great location- recommend using the bikes and cycling along the beachfront with Mount Fuji, it is glorious. We stayed in a gorgeous Japanese traditional room. Brilliant you can use kettle whenever you like. Perfect stay

Nice place, beautiful scenery. Its a harbor area and my dormitory room had a window facing the sea. So of course the sight is beautiful. Also, its right in front of the dock.
Staff were quite amazing and friendly. I had some fun chats with them. They provided me with information on nearby sightseeing places and such.
There is a 7-11 right behind the hostel. Thats a real lifesaver.

Nothing much in this small fishing town, but it was my most memorable stay in this trip. Great view of Mt Fuji at sunset, great BBQ dinner where the staff prepare the table and charcoal for us in front of the hostel to enjoy sea breeze and the quite of the town, great staff who accompanied me at the BBQ with talkings via Google Translate :)
