The staff can speak in fluent english and are so helpful. I could easily reach them with the 24 hrs reception. (The female staff is so sweet and recommended me a cafe with very good vibe which I enjoyed so much. She even helped to buy the border crossing bus which required local bank transfer.) The environment is just the same as the photo provided, very hygienic and tidy. (The girl cleaned the washing machine for me before I used, Thanks again🥹) Many nice restaurants and even bars are nearby. Although there was no free breakfast, coffee powder and tea bags provided for free. There is a well equipped and clean kitchen with fridge so I could prepared my own meals as well. Highly recommend to all cost saving tourists and backpackers!!!

Nice, clean room with the most comfortable bed we've had in the country so far, amazing location right next to the Western bus station, good breakfast and wonderful staff! One of the ladies went above and beyond to help us and even came with us to the bus station to make sure we got on the right shared taxi and for the right price, she truly took customer service to a new level :)

This is a great guesthouse!! Mama, the host, is really lovely, she will do everyrhing she can to help you to resolve any issue. Tha toilet are really very clean, the single room very comfortable and the kitchen is well served. Also the position is very good to rreach the very center of the city. I will come back in this place for sure in my next visit to Bishkek. Thank you mama!

the room was so comfortable and had everything you could need. so cheap but also one of the best rooms that I've ever stayed so far. it is obvious that they care so much about cleaning. we easily found the place so the location is also so close to the city center. it has a few stores and malls around it. to sum up, it was the best hostel that I experienced by now.

It was just amazing - Super clean, super new, personal speaks english well, comfy beds, there is a kitchen wirh two fridges, a coworking space and a kinda of living room with a huugr tv omg. And its super cheap!! Other travellers were telling me it was one of the best hostels they've been to
