Hostels in Tangier

Everything was perfect. This hostel is fairly new so it’s very clean and nicely decorated. It could be a bit complicated to find the hostel, but the staffs sent me a video, explaining the directions a day before my check-in date. Everything is very well put together, and it’s easy to notice that the owner has paid a lot of attention to small details as well (the lights, paintings on the walls, decorations, etc.) and put a lot of effort renovating the entire building. The hostel is a bit more expensive compared to the other ones in the area, but it’s definitely worth the money. What I loved the most was the 360 degree view from the rooftop. I went to a coffee shop for the view but the view from the hostel was so much better (and free!). Also, the staffs, Oussama and Issam, were so friendly and made me feel like I was at home. I’m so glad that I’ve made two new friends from Morocco:) I have traveled around a lot and been to many countries, and this hostel is definitely one of the best hostels I’ve been to. I would 200% recommend this hostel to anyone who’s visiting Tangier.

Staff is amazing. The place is super clean and it is located in the heart of old Town.

The hospitality, the place, the beds. i think it worthy what I paid for and more, there is a good price quality ratio.

I seldom write reviews. Even less often do I write at length. But, my stay here was such a positive experience it would be a disservice to others if I did not write something. The staff is amazingly helpful. Not only were they welcoming upon my arrival, they were also very pleasant throughout my stay. On the morning of my departure, the gentleman working at the front desk was genuinely exceptional in helping resolve an issue that I encountered (unrelated to my stay at the hostel). Obviously, don’t expect the staff to sort out your unrelated problems; my point is that the customer service is far above that which you would find at even the most expensive hotels, making the hostel a highlight of my time in Tangier. The accommodations are also noteworthy. For someone like myself - a male in his early 20s traveling solo - this hostel is exactly what I was hoping for. My bed was comfortable, and with ear plugs I slept without interruption (I find it difficult to fall asleep, which makes this remarkable). The bathroom was sufficient so were the lockers. Note: the lockers I encountered were suitable for individual items or a backpack, rather than a large rucksack. Bring your own lock. Bedding was provided. The rooftop terrace (or, rather, terraces) were another positive. Eating the complimentary breakfast (quite good itself) looking out over the Mediterranean was an experience I will not be quick to forget. The canopies on the rooftop also provide much-needed refuge from the scorching midday sun; I found myself spending the hottest parts of the day lounging on the terrace. The location, I found, was phenomenal to explore the Medina. Located very near the main shopping and dining streets, I would stay at this hostel again for its location alone. My experience here was great. The value (in my opinion) is unparalleled to any place I’ve stayed prior. I would recommend any friends or family stay here if they’re traveling to Tangier, on a budget or otherwise.

I liked it so much. All staffs were so much helpful and friendly. Everything is clean and breakfast is amazing! Everything I liked. Staffs are so helpful trying to explain every needs and help. Location is in the heart of old touristic place, clean and comfortable. Thanks so much for hospitality and your kindness ❤️

The price is a great deal and the beds are clean and comfortable. There were a lot of bathrooms, the hot water works fine and it was nice and cool at least this time of year. It did have a social vibe, meeting people a little. The guy who seemed to be in charge makes an effort to help with anything you need, including asking when I would like breakfast (included in the stay I booked). I think he left some bread, butter and jam for me on the terrace, the top floor. The WiFi works fine. Ultimately, if you want to save some money this place will be okay for you, but if you want a better place you have to pay at least twice as much.

Liked this place in Medina so much. Despite the fact, that some guests was a bit noisy (so my recommendation to provide a rule for hostel about quiet hours). The owner very supportive answers in all your question and helps in different situations. Did I mentioned a terrase? It maybe the best what I've had in Morocco. No bunk beds, towel, good price, what more could I expect. Thanks!

Mohammed met me and carried my bag up ALL the stairs and to the Hostel! Bless! There was new paint and everything was very clean - white sheets & comforter - lovely.
