I never thought I would be more comfortable in this hostel than other more expensive hotels in the Yucatan and Q. Roo. The manager is always there and attentive to all details. The staff are a family and make you feel like one. Internet is strong. Breakfast is delicious. Amenities and mattress are good. Very quiet with behaved guests. Lovely garden. 3 minutes walk from main square yet in a quiet street. Highly recommended!

We stayed in an private room with private bathroom. Everything was impeccable. Everything about the room was very comfortable (bed, shower, AC, presence of a private balcony) and the overall Hostel & Hotel is really nice with great common areas (such as the pool).

the property is extremely cozy and nice. There is a long nice garden with seating and hammocks as well. A really nice breakfast is included in the stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. they also rent bikes!

Awesome staff, helped me rent a scooter, gave all the info and recommendations I needed. I locked in by bag in the dorm locker and lost my key, they had to break the locker and actually charged me nothing for my stupidity! Pool is cozy and clean, kitchen facilities are simple but sufficient. Great to meet other traveller to plan and do things together! Awesome hostel!
