The whole place is very nice and green, you’re literally surrounded by nature. The food is delicious, there are lots of activities there such as free yoga classes, cacao ceremony, etc. The staff is very nice and friendly, always there to help. A big thanks to Angel at the reception who helped me with the bike!

The place was very clean and tidy, tranquil, and no noise at night which is rare in Nicaragua because there's always someone making some noise. The food was quality, homemade vegan goodness. Making a fire was cool and it has all the modern amenities like a fridge and cooking equipment so you can bring beer. Didn't have any bugs unlike some of the other hostels i stayed in on Ometepe. It's quite a good location equidistance between the two towns and near the start of Volcan Concepción. I recommend renting an ATV rather than a scooter at the port and picking it up in Ometepe, don't trust the people on the San Jorge side. The hostel also offers scooter rental although I picked mine up at port. Very photogenic hostel and peaceful.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. An amazing hostel, with the friendliest and most helpful staff and lovely chill vibes. Super clean and comfortable, this is definitely the best hostel on Ometepe Island and I would recommend it to everyone :) They have a well-equipped kitchen to cook in and a tasty menu - try the salad bowl and the crepes they are soooo tasty! There is a cosy hammock chill out space too.

Very nice hostel in a great location. The kitchen has everything you need and gets cleaned daily. The upstairs hangout area is comfortable and spacious. I used it for my yoga practice and just put two hammocks down to have a bit more space. The owners are very friendly and answer any question you might have.
