The check-in staff were nice and explained everything very clear and gave a tour of the whole place in under 5 minutes, The beds were really comfortable and the room was was also clean. I extended my stay and that was also handled quickly and kept the same bed. Check-out went fast. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend being my first time staying in a Hostel!

This is such an excellent hostel, unbeatable in terms of location (straight from Rotterdam Centraal and right next to ChinaTown) and the beds even in 8 bed dorms have a lot of privacy. I love that they have an elevator for heavier suitcases if needed or perhaps for wheelchairs too. The rooms have good showers and toilets - and come equipped with a towel and spacious storage that also has charging ports inside of it! The staff is also very friendly and welcoming, which really makes the experience so much better. Overall, I had a very good stay and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent in so many ways. Very close to the station, easy access with a bracelet so you dont worry about losing your card. Close to the city center. The interior was the Cosiest and the cutest. Free tea/coffee. Gorgeous little garden and a Main coon cat which was also friendly. You also get this personalized map of the city. Affordable bar prices

Front desk girl was very friendly, she checked and provided best bed for me. She smiled, made sure that I feel comfortable. It's really great value when you warm welcomed! Toilet and shower were clean. Internet was staiable. Cooldocksl hostel is highly recommended.
