I actually met both of the owners and talk extensively with one of them during the night hours.. I was enlightened by how sincere honest and hardworking people they are. Polite as well. Their capsules hotel is one of a kind. I was hesitant to stay at first cause I don't like sharing space and sleeping with other people but the experience was far from typical hostels. You actually have your private space and can comfortably sleep, a little locker for your stuff , perfectly clean bathrooms and showers. I never felt I was sharing spaces except at night when everyone is sleeping more or less. The location is amazing. Amsterdam Noord is super nice and a very smart location for someone to explore Amsterdam. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I will be sure to come back

I've been sleeping in a shared room only once, and didn't have very good experience. This stay for me was great! The price is good in comparison to the rest of the hotels/hostels in and around Amsterdam. To Amsterdam city it takes some 15 min by train, which is easily accessible. I liked that the staff showed how everything, where our beds are and the rules. Each bed has its own storage closet with a personal pin that you decide to put. The beds are comfortable, and you get your privacy by being able to close the "sleeping box" with a door curtain. The ventilation inside is good, the air doesn't feel stuffed while asleep. Other guests were very respectful and tried not to make any noise. I slept very well, which never happens when I know that people are moving around. The bedding is included but the towels are rented to a fee. There is a small bar and vending machines at the entrance and a lounge area where you can work or socialize. Around the corner there are some great restaurants, and some nices coffee/bagel places to have breakfast in in the area.

Location was AWE SOME ! Seriously, the views from each window were amazing, super close to Centraal and main attractions and well connected through public transportation. Bathroom was great: super clean, with great toiletries and lots of space. Comfort 100%. Room itself was quite small as advertised but it was pleasantly furnished in a very functional way: we could sit comfortably in bed, plenty of room for our hand luggage, huge mirror and plenty of plugs. Plus, free coffee <3
