Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

I loved the beds/pods, they provide you with a sense of privacy. The hostel is a little farther from Amsterdam but still ideal because the transport network is good, so within few minutes you are in the city by connecting bus+metro.

The staff were very nice and the hostel has a lovely terrace and bar area with cheap drinks, this is a nice place to meet other travellers. The showers and toilets were very clean and always available.

Super super well organised friendly and clean, beds are literally like a mini private room (best hostel I’ve ever stayed in, so much privacy). Also such a nice seemingly safe area with a lovely coffeeshop across the road. Super good transport links straight into centre or anywhere else you need to go. Will be coming back asap!!!
I felt so safe here as a solo female traveller and that’s the only place I can say that for (out of all the other places I’ve stayed in Dam)
