SingaporeWe were so thankful that we were allocated a room with one of the best views in this hotel. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, the shower pressure good and the huge windows meant we could get a panoramic view of the surroundings. Breakfast was scrumptious and delicious with local fish, mackerel, eggs, cheese and even hummus. There's also a separate kitchen where you can make your own meals with all the utensils already provided. The staff at the reception was also very friendly and told us that this hotel is actually normally a folk school. We thought it's a really great use of space. The nearby Vågan kirke was a picturesque landmark that we drove by everyday but each day it looked different due to the fast changing weather in Lofoten. Thank you Sommer hotel for renting out this space for us travelers to enjoy the beautiful landscape.
