I totaly recommend this hostel! The staff is super nice, always with a smile and good mood, always ready to help you! I met nice travelers there, and in the same time it was quiet enough to rest in the night time :) The place is very clean. The breackfast is very good! The location is also good, 15 min walking from the jus station and you can also walk to many nice places arrround. If you are lucky like me and the weather is good (not very cloudy) you can have a very beautiful view of the mountains from the rooftop 🤩

My 2 nights stay ended up a week stay and probably more. It's a family run hostel and they are just super awesome. The Hostel/Guest house is by the lakeside with the benefit of being slightly back. Central but quiet with a view. They have there own restaurant but also kitchen for guest which is important to me as i have a specific diet and prefer to cook myself. It's a must place if looking for a friendly and relaxing space. Do book in advance as they can be booked up but diffinately worth it.

Always gonna go back to this place! I loved the atmosphere, it was suuuper chill and felt like a big flat share. The beds could be covered completely with a light shade so you got your absolutely private little room with fan, bedlight and outlet right next to you. Due to the rather small amount of beds at the hostel, you get to know almost all the other guests. Rajan and Ben make it seem effortless to provide a cozy home for everyone and they'll help you out with anything you need. The two-story rooftop with the most comfortable sitting areas, the pool table and small stage feels like a fancy open air living room, jam sessions included!

I had a wonderful stay at Good Day Backpacker. The owners are absolutely lovely, and so are their daughters. I was offered some delicious tea several times, which I really appreciated. My room was simple but had everything I needed. It was located upstairs, with access to a shared balcony that had a table, perfect for working online while being surrounded by nature. It was peaceful and quiet, just the way I like it. The location is also ideal: only a 15-minute walk from Lakeside, but far enough to feel like you’re in the countryside. It was just perfect for me. The owners are also working on opening a café, so soon you’ll be able to enjoy breakfast and coffee there — such a great idea! :)
