Everything ! Shea and the staff are all lovely, and make you feel very welcome. The location is perfect, just up the road from the town center but far enough not to be noisy. A quiet and peaceful hostel, where you can decide to keep to yourself or mingle in the lovely communal areas.

Clean and spacey kitchen, clean lavatories, comfortable beds. I really liked the curtains and shelves on bunk beds, gives you a feeling of your own space. A lot of storage space as well.

The lodge was easy to find once we got into Queenstown. Our room was cosy, warm, quiet and surprisingly spacious! The unit we stayed in felt like a house. The shared kitchen was huge and was open plan. It led to the lounge which led outside to a secluded seating area for our unit. The shared bathroom facility in our unit was clean and toiletries were supplied. Everything was organised and well laid out for the guests staying. It was better than what I expected.

Obviously booking lower cost accommodation you should expect that it won't be the fanciest. But the door locked (stayed in a private twin room), room and beds clean, and it was super close to town so we were happy with the cost, facilties and location

Good Hostel. Great location, great price and the communal storage for ski/board gear was handy. The staff were very accommodating, genuine people. Enjoyed my stay here and would book again.

I was only staying for one night so was one of the cheapest places i could find in Queenstown and it was still pricey for a dorm room. However, the location is great and its a big hostel, so lots going on - great if you’re up for meeting new people or want a mix of activities. My dorm had its own bathroom which was handy and great that the toilet and shower room were separate.

Great location near all the action. The common area, Ms. Lucy's bar was the classic social area for a hostel with pool table, board games. The bar was under renovation during our stay, with that open I imagine it to be an even better social area. Note that most people renting this place will go for dorms, this review is for a family room: one double bed and a bunk bed for two. The double bed was huge, probably king size, could have easily fit three people.

Cheap hostel. Curtains on your bunk bed in a 6 bed dorm room. Close to city centre. Close to gondola and harbour. A common room with big sofa's, 3 small kitchen, reasonably clean. Friendly staff. Small closet with space under beds to store your bags. You need to bring your own padlock. Clean bedlinnen. Cleaning is done every day by the girls working at the reception. Electronic door keys. Close by to sky field and other attractions.

Great location, staff were very helpful helping us out with using their phone etc. and directions. As for the hostel, you get what you pay for, don't expect the Hilton. We booked a twin and unexpectantly got bunk beds which was fun 😎.

I paid 102 NZD for a bunk bed in an 8-beds dormitory which is extremely overpriced. The room is just like other hostels, nothing fancy or anything worth 102NZD. While other hostels are charging around 50 NZD for a bed.
