Josephine, Mark and the rest of the family helped us a lot. We felt very welcome from the start and they helped us book things like Canyoneering and Whaleshark Diving. We were kind of panicking when we arrived at the airport because of some issues at immigration, but Josephine knows a lot of people and will do everything she can to help you. She even arranged a taxi at 10 in the evening so we wouldn't feel lost at the airport. In the evening we spent a lot of time talking with them and we had a lot of fun together. Josephine really knows all of the right people and places in (and outside) Cebu. You'll be in good hands with Banamboo!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with extremely good air con. We needed late check out for our Kawasan Falls trip and it was no issue or extra cost. The journey to Kawasan Falls wasn’t far either. Friendly neighbours.

The staff were very accommodating and Momo was very welcoming. They have the most adorable kittens and dog to love! The bed was comfy and clean and the showers were good and clean, as well as the bathroom. It was easy to book tours as well as bikes and tricycles when needed. There was space to meet people but it was still quite quiet which was a nice mix as the social areas were not next to the dorms.

I saw another review saying this place might be their favorite hotel in the entire PH and it might be the same for me. The interior design of the room was really amazing, and you can feel European touch in many corners. The room is so big and comfortable, without any flaw. The shower was also big and pleasant. It is also good that this place has a bar/cafe and you can order things from there, also you can arrange trips like sea turtle watching with this place.

Outstanding value for money! Facilities are great, and the rooms, especially the toilet and shower are the tidiest you can find in Moalboal. Although it’s located in the middle section of Panagsama Rd. I was able to rent a motorbike right at reception.

Loved the hospitality. The owners made sure I got a the best transportation as I was headed for a night out alone. I had expected a tuktuk and got a whole fancy jeep instead. The driver was also so sweet making sure I was OK the whole night and made sure I got back safe.

It’s very green, cozy place with beautiful landscape. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. If you wish to have time off from city life style, I recommend this place. Our room was a hostel type option, and It’s nice to have a shower door outside in such landscape, not disturbing people in room. I saw some guest are coming back yearly to this place.

I had a four bed dormitory room all for me, so that was great. It had AC and nicely smelling bedding. The crispy chicken for dinner was delicious!
