Liked the privacy. The beds are comfortable too. They offer earplugs because some noise should be expected since there are other people going in and out of the capsule at different times. Did not bother me and slept through those things. Staff is friendly & helpful. I was concerned first, because I thought that it might be hot inside since it's summer, but they have aircondition. Temperature inside the capsule is good. Even though there aren't a lot of toilets & shower cubicles, it worked well. Never experience queues or crowd inside the facilities. There's a metro station not far from the place & bus stops. Takes about 15min to 20min walk to the old town. About 15mins walk to a shopping centre. Restaurants nearby.

The hostel is in a very nice area full of restaurants and nearby the skyscrapers. The hostel staff were so nice; they allowed me to check in a bit early since the room was ready. I stayed in a female's room with 4 beds (individual lockers + light and plugs in each bedside) and curtains for privacy. We shared the bathroom with other rooms, but it was always tidy. We also had a small kitchen area, plus the kitchen was near reception. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe there. After I checked out, I had an incident where I spilled coffee over my white shorts. I asked Jula in reception if I could use the laundry service. I didn't have cash on me yet didn't even hesitate and asked Mariola for help. Fortunately, in a few hours, I got my shorts looking brand new, and they didn't even charge me for the laundry service. I was 100% satisfied with such an experience, and I'll stay there again when I visit Warsaw. Thanks to Jula, Mariola, and all the staff.
