This place is for those who love peace and quiet. There are no loud parties or loud music. But there is a wonderful breakfast, wonderful staff who are ready to help you. Cozy rooms, nice showers. The rooms are cleaned every day. At your request, they can change your towel at any time. Very good breakfasts: omelette, pancakes, fruits. In the room you also have a balcony to dry your swimming stuff.

Perfect balance between social hostel and a chill stay. Probably one of the best room we had during our SE Asia trip for a very cheap price. They have different activities every night (barbecue, live music). They also have a pub crawl every night to go downtown because the hostel is a bit outside of the city. Very nice common area with chickens running around. Food was delicious (but a bit pricy depending on what you get). Free buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had. The staff was really nice and helped us book a bus to our next destination. Motorbike rental next to the hostel. They have a pool and a billiard table.

I only stayed one night at The One Hostel in Cat ba, but I wish I could have stayed longer! This place is truly special—an amazing atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, and so many activities to enjoy. From yoga sessions and evening quizzes to getaway dinners, billiards, and endless games, there’s never a dull moment. One of the best things about this hostel is how easy it is to book trips, buses, and activities right at the front desk—all at reasonable prices and with incredibly helpful staff who make everything smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast was great, and the overall vibe of the place is just perfect for meeting like-minded travelers. It’s so easy to connect with people here, and that makes the experience even better. The view is amazing, location is great and quiet. They upgraded our room for free because we arrived one dat later due to our late arrival of the Sleeper bus. They also offered to use their motorcycle for free for one hour if we put in the petrol. Very kind and helpfull People

great price for the quality of the stay. stay here if you want to be closer to a lovely local family. Ha, the manager is incredibly helpful, speaks perfect english, has good deals for the tour in Ha Long Bay, couldn’t thank her enough for taking care of everything she could to make the best stay for her guests. She even sewed a torn jacket of mine, not charging anything for it. the location is good, nice rooftop to chill, includes a decent breakfast, beds are comfy, the place is clean and rents well conserved scooters.
