Perfect staff, very relaxed, friendly and helpful. Breakfast on roof top bar, great view. Fridge with drinks you can take and pay later. After check out we could store our luggage and even take a shower after a day trip seeing we had to wait for the night bus. Very helpful and perfect value for money. Highly recommend.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, there is a beautiful pool with hammock, the food is amazing, and the view(right across from the river) is breath taking. They also have a pool table and do family dinners to experience local cuisine. What more could you want ? 😀

Great location, friendly staff, mr. Strong arranged my scooter rental, suggested activities and places to visit, got me a bus to different town, very accommodating and helpful. The hostel is clean, beds are comfortable, great value for money in general.

Amazing hosting by the family. They booked a cave tour for us. Booked our bus tickets. Pick up and drop off provided. The staff allowed us to use the bathroom to take bath after our cave trek even after our check out. The stay was very nice rooms were very clean. Superb view from the room. Food was very tasty and they have vegetarian options too. If you plan a visit to phong nha you must stay here.
