I had a very big room with balcony. Bed confortable. The shared bathrooms are new and confortable also. Wifi works. Staff friendly and helpful. I would come again to this hotel if l go back to Prishtina

Even before I arrived, the host was attentive to my requests. I was involved in an automobile accident and cracked my ribs. He responded quickly to my inquiry and was helpful. He was very responsive to email on this site and checked-in with me upon my arrival to make sure all was well. I did not have Euro when I checked via Serbia, and he allowed me to pay my bill a day later after I was able to cash some dollars at the exchange. The accommodations were excellent, clean, comfortable, and tidy. There was even an extra blanket and pillow in the closet. The comforter and towel that came with the room were in excellent condition. It is close to the international bus station (15-minute walk) and close to the City Center (30-minute walk). The patio outside by the garden is comfortable.
