All rooms include air conditioning, heating, linen, towels, lockers and a socket near the bed. I liked the jacuzzi and rooftop of the hotel, but in general everything was amazing.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 400 metres from Princess Theatre. Staff are super friendly. The property is renovated from a heritage, hence some facilities like the stairs and window may look lovely but are a bit old, sound proof is just acceptable. Due to the constraints of the renovated building, there is no elevator but the staff was very happy to provide luggage assistance. Everything is very clean. You are able to choose one small locker within the room to store important belongings.

Ritz Backpackers is finally re-opening with a face lift including all new bunk beds with privacy curtains, charger points, bed light and fan!

We are an international backpackers hostel and require an international passport for check-in at all times. Making pancakes on Sunday was great, made some great friends (I miss you Caroline), clean facilities !
