The owners of the hostel are great and it’s also their home. They care so much about the place and it’s a great choice to stay for a long time. It’s clean and there are privacy curtains on the beds. The volunteers are also great. This hostel is a bit more mature and doesn’t have crazy 18 year old running around making lots of noise all night. It’s very clean and the location is incredible. It’s a beach house. I would walk to the beach barefoot everyday. Yoga and workout classes happen here also which I would highly recommend taking as the teachers are very good instructors. I can’t wait to return to call this place home again. Very safe too.

I have booked 2 nights and stayed 4. Great hospitality, Max is an excellent host. The place is clean and has a comfortable common area and garden. The beach was around 1-2 min away by walk, it was not crowded and there were some trees for shadow in the afternoon. I really enjoyed my stay.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. Located right on top of the Morro, it offers stunning views and a peaceful connection to nature. The host, Bento, is an incredibly sweet and caring person who really makes you feel at home. During my stay, he even rescued a bird, and it became super friendly with everyone, it was such a heart-warming experience! The communal areas are fantastic, always clean, and well-maintained. There’s a real sense of respect among guests, and everyone contributes to making it a comfortable, harmonious space. The hostel strikes a perfect balance between being social and offering a relaxing environment, whether you’re looking to meet people or unwind, it works for both.

Several nice spots where people could gather. Peaceful street, close to good bars and restaurants. The area is simple, nice and very close to the lagoon. I was in a private en suite room which was very nice and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly.
