I loved their showers because they have huge monsteras in there and a lot of plants all over the hostel. I was also really impressed by how clean the kitchen was and how many good pans and appliances they have. On my last day a cat came to visit and I got the feeling it was a regular visitor because one other woman already knew her. All in all if I'm going back to Basel I'll be staying in the same hostel. 7/7

Place is walking distance to the main hub, apartment is spotless, everything you could need for your stay is provided: cooking utensils, iron board, washing machine etc.

This is the perfect place if you are staying for a few days, and are out and about during the day and evening. Big room, high ceilings, very clean, good mattress and pillows, and linen. There is a new kitchen with all the amenities, even a coffee machine! New bathroom with shower, cleaned every day. Within easy walk of the main train station and trams/bus.

Stunning setup with a minimalistic industrial look. My dorm was exactly like in the pictures and I was lucky enough to be the only guest during my stay. The staff is simply the most loving and friendly. Since I was there for work and had to leave the hostel before breakfast they made sure to prepare a breakfast box.
The hostel is well connected to public transports (tickets covered from the hostel during your stay) and a twenty minutes walk away from the city centre.
Not a party hostel, perfect for families, solo travelers and couples.

Great size, clean room in a safe location with good access to the centre and train station. Shared facilities were clean and friendly helpful staff. Bonus points for the Basel card which allows you free travel on trams and discount.

The friendly and accomodating staff are a major selling point for this hostel. Can't thank them enough for helping me out in a sticky situation. The communal areas are also great. Breakfast, though simple, offers quality products. Beds are comfortable, and the hostel is in a quiet neighbourhood. If you are coming by bike, there is a dedicated storage room for keeping your bike safe.

The location is quite and interesting, walk to the art museum or the river, the cafetria food was better than I expected in a youth hostel, the building's design is a pleasure to explore.
