Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Everything is clean, the host is very friendly, the place is quiet and very cost effective for all the services that it gives. There is a piano, baby foot and table tennis. Many benches outside too. You can even make a bonfire near the hostel. You won't be dissapointed :)

It also features panoramic views of the local mountains. This B&B is superb and very value for money. Great view of the mountains. The area is also quiet and allows for an uninterrupted sleep at night. With its prime location near the Grindelwald train station, it is a great base to explore the area and even Lauterbrunnen or Interlaken. The hosts are friendly and the place is kept very clean including the toilet. The lady host is a very hardworking lady; I love the breakfast she prepares. The lady host also gave me recommendation on hiking trails and shared with me brochures which are helpful for my itinerary planning. Before the date of my stay, I also received an email prompt for pre-registration which I thought was very thoughtful as I could then receive a guest card which provides some perks like free transportation around the area.

Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Everything, it’s really amazing place to visit

Everything was great, the host provided us with all our needs, he was very friendly and a respectful man, the location is excellent and the room is clean and spacious I would like to thank the host for his kind treatment.

The property is allergy-free and is set 23 km from Giessbachfälle. It’s simple, but comfy! And I had a beautiful window view! Friendly receptionists. The location is really good, easy to go even by walking from the train station.

Only 1.5 km from the ski lifts, this youth hostel is located in Grindelwald. The sun terrace and the lovely breakfast room have beautiful views of the Bernese Alps. Packed lunches are available.

All rooms at Youth Hostel Grindelwald have wooden furniture and offer nice mountain views. Amazing view of the mountains from the hostal. The facilities were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Plus I loved the breakfast. Highly recommend the place, good value for money.

Surrounded by a park, Youth Hostel Interlaken features table tennis and billiards. There is also a bike rental service, and the Aare Cycle Route starts nearby. Exceptional location next to the train station and within walking distance of the town center, but still a very quiet and peaceful place. Convenient accommodation for visiting the surrounding towns of Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Murren, Wengen, Brienz...etc. Across the street is a Coop supermarket. Well organized and very clean hostel. Breakfast is excellent, rich and varied. Highly recommend, for visiting the Berner Oberland region. Iwould stay here again.

You can choose between private rooms and single beds in a dormitory. Bed linen is provided, you will have to dress and undress your beds yourselves. Showers and toilets are located on every floor (basement, 1st and 2nd floor). Place is very well run and organized. Breakfast is great. Place is clean.
