The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

The beds were super comfortable and good storage space for luggage. It was only a short walk to Wengen and the ability to access walking trails, bike hire or shops so the location was fantastic and such beautiful views. We were shown wonderful hospitality and even given a few suggestions for activities we could do the day we left.
