A good, basic hostel. Situated a few km from the center but bus stops right in front of the hostel and you get a free ticket during your whole stay. A big, well equipped kitchen which was kept clean, and private parking in front of the building. Staff was super friendly.

. The play area outside and activities were so good for the kids and the views from the lodge are just very special. You won't regret going up and staying virtually on your own. Service by the staff were super nice and friendly and the place is first class.

Nadia and Thomas were so kind and accommodating of our late arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was lovely. Even though washrooms are shared having a sink in our room was very nice. Right in the heart of Engelberg, close walk to train station and 15-20 min walk to Mount Titlis. Would highly highly recommend :)

Great stay, helpful staff, they let me stay by myself in a dorm and gave me an early check-in, breakfast was also very good. Less than 10mon walk to the cable car and 5 minutes to the train station. Would definitely come back!

It delivered on everything it promised and them some more. Rooms and well taken care of and clean. The staff was great, helpful and very giving positive vibes. After we settled in our rooms we went down to the pub which is an integral part of the estate. The food was great. A simple but well made list of pub-styled dishes with burgers, pastas, stakes and toast with a few good beers. Prices were very decent for SUI so you can get back from hiking and dont have to pay a fortune to eat out. It's close to the city square so you can have a walk around Schwyz + if you plan to visit Stoos the Hotel is just a few km away from the funicular and we drove 6min from Hirschen. Big, positive surprise.

They let us stay at Espen hotel nearby which the room was very new. The scenary of the view from our room was so good. Breakfast staff are very friendly.
