Not only were they very friendly when I was coming in but also very supportive when I forgot my phone in an Uber at Terminal Norte. With them it was possible to locate my phone and finally get it back 🤣 Thanks again. The Casa is also very convenient for football fans since Campín Stadium is quite near (I watched Santa Fe vs. Atlético National). The Casa is als in a safe area.

Best hostel we stayed in during our South America trip, we would recommend this place to anyone. Comfy large bed, double doors between social areas and rooms so it is very quiet in the rooms overnight, really clean, helpful staff, lots of activities available each day/night.

He opened a restaurant in the facility food was great , his assistant Luz is the nicest person in the building , location excellent , restaurants pharmacy a few steps from the property. Will come back to stay. Muy recomendada

Room was spacious and comfortable, there were different areas to chill/work, and the rooftop was decent. Staff were all great too. Vibe wasn’t too social generally but we were lucky to have an event on the rooftop one night while we stayed with local DJs/artists which was awesome
