Not only were they very friendly when I was coming in but also very supportive when I forgot my phone in an Uber at Terminal Norte. With them it was possible to locate my phone and finally get it back 🤣 Thanks again. The Casa is also very convenient for football fans since Campín Stadium is quite near (I watched Santa Fe vs. Atlético National). The Casa is als in a safe area.

The breakfast (paid extra) was incredible and the bed was the comfiest in south America. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Bogota. They also helped me arrange a transfer to the airport and I joined the walking tour led by Jacqueline which was very informative and interesting.
