A few steps away from a Laundry shop, a snacks & drinks shop two doors away and numerous restaurants close by. 3) Breakfast is very delicious & hearty. There were 8 choices so we could pick a different make-to-order breakfast during our 3 days stay. Fresh juice, well toasted bread & arepa and great coffee were included too. 4) Free drinking water & free brewed coffee provided 24-h, these were located at the corridor on every floor of the inn. 5) Ponchos , umbrella and best of all, waterproof paddington boots could be loan out for hiking at Cocora valley. We used the boots and these made our hike so much more easy and fuss-free. You can see the highest level of dedication in John, the host, at Casa Salento. The views are breathtaking and the activities they offer are much better than what you would get in the area, as they are more authentic and less touristy. The place is very clean and the food quite tasty. When I was there they had three options for breakfast, so definitely more varied than in other places in the area.
