The place is clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Cheaper to stay in Germany than Switzerland and the travel card means you can still access Basel very easily. Next to a supermarket and right across the road from the train into Basel. I arrived late due to a train crash on my way into Germany and a late check out was easily arranged. I also wanted to extend my stay whilst I was out and all was arranged super easily. I have stayed in hostels in over 40 countries and this was by far my favourite. Would 100% stay again.

Very comfortable and good facilities, very safe, easy accessible and in close proximity to trams and trains. The shared kitchen is very well equipped and clean! The separate bathroom and fridge in the 3-bed room was very useful.
