Owner genuinely cares about his guests' experience and wants it to be positive and comfortable, and communication was fantastic. 20 minutes walk to the heart of old town, train station directly in front. I would say this hostel added to my wonderful experience in Tallinn. Amazing value for the price, will stay here again next time I'm in Tallinn.
