He is proof of the saying: come as a guest, leave as a friend. He facilitated our transfer from Luxor to Aswan, then the road to Abu Simbel. The location is wonderful, the island is quiet - after 6 days in Egypt we slept here without any noise waking us up :). Delicious breakfast, dinner can also be served, also very tasty - Omar is a great cook. He brought us on arrival and departure with his boat. My wife wanted some Egyptian cotton towels - 30 minutes later, Omar brought them to us. Thank you for everything, Omar!

A wonderful new place in Aswan; super clean, nicely decorated, cozy and with spacious rooms and private bathrooms. It is on the main street, and the Nile view is beautiful. The host, Biba -brilliant young woman entrepreneur, is incredibly and resourcesful. She was also so kind to upgrade my room. Highly recommended for both solo travelers (they have dorms) and couples, and especially for those who want to support young women entrepreneurs.

Το Bonita Chillhouse βρίσκεται στο Ασουάν, σε απόσταση 22 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Μαυσωλείο του Αγά Χαν και προσφέρει καταλύματα με κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και... Location: Quiet local neighborhood with kids playing on the street around sunset. The house overlooks the Nile. The square in front, flanked by two mosques, has direct access to the river with a small beach for swimming and boat pickups / dropoffs. The main riverside promenade is within 10 minutes walk. There is a proper Carrefour supermarket and ATMs (in the lobby of the Old Cataract hotel next door) on the way. To me, the area felt much nicer and more authentic than Elephantine island. House: Just renovated, the cleanest I've seen in Egypt (especially the kitchen and bathroom). I stayed in a double, which had the necessary amenities. The rooftop is available with pretty sunset views (see attached pic) and a nice chill area, best enjoyed with a tea. Host: Really helpful, English and Spanish speaking, very responsive, with lots of practical travel experience and great recommendations, especially about navigating the local particularities on a budget.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by David ,He makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again David for going just that little step extra for the guests!!! David is a gem. He knows everything and will arrange or advise you the idea to explore city and around with least possible cost.

Jimmy is such a nice and calm guy. He's gentle, helpful,smart,cool,wise, I can't stop describe how nice person he is. He knows how to taking care of guests very well. When I had troubles to making travel plan he always helped me by suggesting tour or providing transport but that was no pushing at all. So it was always comfortable to talk to him. Location is perfect, middle of a big market. I stayed 4th floor and I really loved that shower there. It's hot and water pressure is very strong, hard to find this much good shower in any place.

Amazing traditional house with lovely landlords. We received a basket of fruits upon arrival and the breakfast was always ready, warm and very delicious! Private bathroom, kitchen with bottled water, coffee and tea at our disposal. The rooms are spacious and cozy. I recommend the place for sure!
