This hostel is one of the best hostels we have ever stayed at.

Benbecula Airport is 84 km away. We liked the view from our room and we liked the kitchen a lot! It was clean and easy to whip up some meals. It saved us a lot of money instead of eating out (and actually not sure where to eat out really...).

Hartfield House Hostel offers pet-friendly accommodation in Applecross. Free private parking is available on site. There are extensive grounds and covered space for bikes, ideal for cyclists and walkers. Great stay in a more remote area, but no issues if you are driving. We brought our own groceries and used the kitchen which was pretty well furnished and large for different groups to use. Rooms were good with towels provided. Good pitstop to stay before your NC500 route!

It offers easy access to high and low-level walks, mountain biking, kayaking and other adventure sports. Amazing location, just on the river, at the foot of Ben Nevis. No better starting point for the hike. Spacious lobby, nice decor, well equipped kitchen Rooms & beds- all right.

Fort William is 30 miles away. Great value location for the night when passing through the town of Fort Augustus. For a Hostel, it is very clean and has all the basic amenities you need.

The youth hostel provides a good range of facilities including dorms and private rooms, a well-equipped self-catering kitchen, a spacious dining area, a large drying room and ample parking for cars and buses. There is also a large open-plan lounge which provides stunning views of the Cairngorm Mountains and surrounding woodland. The place is very perfect although it is a hostel. They have several bathrooms and toilets that you can feel like having private restroom. The kitchen is very bit that can support a number of guests. The entire area is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They allow guests to store luggage early

Urquart Castle is within 30 minutes’ drive of Inverness Youth Hostel. Very nice kitchen and staff very welcoming! The rooms was great for a friends group!
