The owner is lovely. He even let me check in in the middle of the night because of my flight. The beds are comfortable and have curtains for privacy. 10/10 would recommend and definitely stay here again :)

The admin Sargy is such a nice, kind and interesting person. The price is pretty good for the facilities offered. From the get-go, you’re given information about where to eat, how to navigate the city, where to buy essentials and so on. The internet works well and the beds are well maintained. I am returning again for the rest of my remaining days in Tbilisi :)

The place fully met my expectations. Great value for money, good location in a calm neighborhood, clean, well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities. The host was very kind and friendly. 100% recommended.

The room is nice and comfortable, the surroundings are full of cute aesthetic decorations. The kitchen and bathroom also nice. The location near to bus station and near to city center, but it was kinda hard to find the place because no sign, but no worries the owner will tell you exactly and send pics where the place is. The owner is so nice and she speaks basic english. A good choice to stay in!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed — the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

It's also close to a host of restaurants and one Tbilisi's most famous streets is nearby. It's the perfect place to stay 😌
