Cosmic Buddha Bnb is gelegen in Gangtok, op 14 minuten lopen van uitkijkpunt Ganesh Tok en 3,8 km van stadion Palzor. The place is really nice and clean. I am sure because its recently opened. Met the host Hersh there. Such a good vibe he is. Happy to have good travel experience after long time. Must recommended for travellers and backpackers.

Beautiful location - for me it was worth it even though it is about a 30 minute walk to the main tourist street. Honestly it is nice being away from the tourist trap main drag even though I was only there for a few days. The road that leads to the hostel has lots of shops, some restaurants and bars, the sister hostel’s travel cafe, and Rachna Bookstore for great books and food. So if you are around for a while its great. The property is set in dense greenery, and does indeed have lots of birdlife. Great common spaces, great balconies, great food for the set dinners (I didn’t have the breakfast or lunch), and the staff is super knowledgeable, especially Saran. They have a deeper and somewhat offbeat lost of things to do in Gangtok, and will organize hikes for groups from the hostel. The standout for me here was the design - an amazing space compared to any other hostel I’ve been to in India. And very clean :)

Zemu Gangtok ligt in Gangtok, op 13 minuten lopen van stadion Palzor, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. The staff was very nice and friendly and they will try to help you in every possible way. The food was also value for money

Mellow Fellow Hostel bevindt zich in Gangtok, op 1,8 km van Namgyal-Instituut voor Tibetologie, en biedt een excursiebalie, rookvrije kamers, een gedeelde lounge, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie... The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was very convenient. It was one of the best accomodations in Sikkim.

Tag Along Backpackers ligt in Gangtok, op 19 minuten lopen van stadion Palzor en 2 km van klooster Enchey, en is voorzien van gratis fietsen en gratis WiFi. I liked the ambience and the vibe of place. Staff were amazing too.

Zostel Rinchenpong (Pelling) in Rinchingpong heeft een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. Er is een Indiaas restaurant en er is gratis privéparkeren. I really loved the location. It was very serene and quiet. The host and the staff ( Lawrence especially)were friendly and helpful. Also, the food was organic and delicious. Big thanks to the chef! I stayed alone for 11 days and it was quite safe.

Mochilero Ostello in Pelling biedt accommodatie alleen voor volwassenen met een tuin, een terras en een bar. I could see the dim outline of Kanchenjunga, not the clear view because it was hazy. Personally it was still good. Anyway April was not the right time to see the clear view. Michilero(backpacker in Spanish) Ostello(hostel in Italian) was a great place to stay in Pelling. Everything - home made food, family atmosphere  - was perfect. And Wake in Himalayas, the hostel next to Mochilero Ostello, was also a nice place run by warm hearted family.
