The room was air conditioned, the beds were comfy and the sheets spotless, and from our 4th floor corner window we even had a canal view! The staff are just wonderful - very friendly, helpful and efficient. The terrace is also great for morning coffee and/or evening socializing. It's a charity rather than a business - it's not run for the sole purpose of making money, and you can feel that in the vibe of the place.
