I had the pleasure of staying at Hostel Michikusa-ya, and it was an exceptional experience. Michi, the owner, is an absolute gem of a human being. From the start, he picked me up from the station, ensuring a smooth check-in. His warm hospitality and genuine care for every guest made this stay truly remarkable. The location is spectacular, with Mt. Fuji as the breathtaking backdrop. Waking up to this view every morning from the common area is a dream. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and Michi's willingness to offer advice and help with any needs truly stands out. I extended my stay because I couldn't bear to leave. If you're looking for an unforgettable Mt. Fuji experience with a wonderful host, look no further than Michi's hostel. It's a hidden gem that I wholeheartedly recommend. Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Kitchen with good equipment, very cosy chill area and ambiente

The hostel is really taken care of, especially for the design and people that are working there! I liked all the details of the place and their café where to have breakfast.

Το 八-Hachi- Accommodation, που προσφέρει δωρεάν ποδήλατα, κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και δωρεάν WiFi, είναι σε Fujikawaguchiko και απέχει 1,3 χλμ από Λίμνη Kawaguchi και 4 χλμ από Υψίπεδα Fujikyu. I usually dont write reviwes...but this place was really good! Staff was over the top amazing! First they give you an overview to what to do in the area around the hostel, they even provide a map with markings of popular tourist spots, good onsens and good spots to watch fuji. They also very sociable, speak good English and just seem to be genuine nice people. They saw I was tired and dirty when returned to fetch my bags which I stored there while climbing fuji, and let me take a shower even though I've been checked out for a day. You also can borrow bikes for free (even after check-out) which usually would be about 1500 yen per day if renting elsewhere. Beds were also great and in my room there were only 4 beds, so less risk for snorers etc.

Το Yamanouchi sekisan chi βρίσκεται σε Yokokura, σε απόσταση 4,3 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Jigokudani Monkey Park και παρέχει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κοινόχρηστο... I loved everything, the owner she's amazing.

Το ホステルたつみや βρίσκεται σε Sado και διαθέτει κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, βεράντα καθώς και δωρεάν WiFi. Το κατάλυμα παρέχει κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα και υπηρεσία φύλαξης αποσκευών για τους επισκέπτες. Very new and clean, dorm bed was comfortable and warm. Staff spoke some English and were super friendly. They provided parking at the cafe across the street when I told them I was renting a scooter. You can use the kitchen to store food in the fridge and prepare meals - cutlery and pots/pans are included. The hostel is a 30 minute bus ride from Ryotsu Port and is walking distance to a supermarket and the beach.

Το 沼津ライダーハウスしんちゃん βρίσκεται σε Νουμάζου, σε απόσταση 500μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Senbon και παρέχει καταλύματα με κήπο, ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και βεράντα. The staff was really nice, they explained everything and helped me come up with some plans for the stay. They speak some english and we could communicate just fine. I think the place is not meant to stay for many days but it was a pleasant stay nonetheless.

Το Guesthouse All you need - All rooms have an ocean view! βρίσκεται σε Shimoda, σε απόσταση 600μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Nabetahama και παρέχει καταλύματα με δωρεάν ποδήλατα, ιδιωτικό... Exceptional kindness and hospitality, the owner is very knowledgeable about the region and is always ready to share many recommendations for activities and good places to visit. The guesthouse of course is incredible, the sea view looks even more fantastic from the common room and guest rooms, it's truly an unforgettable experience. Everything is clean and convenient to use, it's a place that you want to come back to many times!

Το Couch Potato Hostel διαθέτει καταλύματα με δωρεάν ποδήλατα, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και δωρεάν WiFi σε όλους τους χώρους. Very nice hostel, Ryokan style rooms and bunk beds. Its walking distance from The castle. They have free bicycles for rent for the guests. Highly recommend
