A delightful and unexpected bonus was discovering the illuminations at Hinode Park nearby, which turned out to be the highlight of our stay

I broke my leg skiing and the host Suke-san kindly offered to help me retrieve my rental car, ship my bags home and took me to get on the bus to the airport the next day. I couldn't have gotten home so easily without him! Besides all that, the accommodations were well run, clean, warm and quiet, beds were comfy and other travelers were friendly.

The staff are amazing, always available for questions. Very clean (saw how they clean the bathroom and shower area, wow). Sheets smell good and laundered, floor is always clean. The mattress is great. Location is great - just between the main street and subway stations, and the nightlife area, in a side quite street. There is also a little cabinet with a lock in the "room", next to the mattress, and light blocking curtains. There is enough room for my stuff inside the "room", but also under the bed. The AC is great. Great wifi.
