All units in 城崎温泉 HOSTEL Waraku are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. beautiful facility, very comfortable private room. staff are friendly. great location, close to the main street and not busy. would not consider this a social hostel however, but great for a short stay in kinosaki.

The area is popular for hiking, and bike hire is available at the hostel. I'll tell you what. This guesthouse oozes personality. The hosts are amazing, every single one of them. You could say they made it feel like home, but back home you don't get nearly as much warmness and kindness as they provide. The interior is full of character, it's all DIY, everything looks handmade by the people who run the guesthouse. Anyhow, the beds/sheets/showers and all the important things are super clean, the hosts take care of you and you can have a very nice coffee. I would not have stayed as long as i did in Kobe if it were not for guesthouse Maya. Thank you to all the staff, you were able to change my mood for the better for the length of the stay and most likely until i visit again in a year or a few. ❤️

The bunk beds compared to other hostels that I've stayed are much bigger and also the room only has two bunk beds and is spacious, which helps if you need to fix your luggage! :D The rooms are on the second floor which has one toilet for sharing. The second floor also has a public space. Two Shower rooms are downstairs along with another toilet that has a bidet. The location is also a 5mins walk from the nearest subway station! There's a 7/11 and Family Mart Konbini near the place! I also tried ordering a meal in the cafe - the hamburger set meal was Oishi! It was very filling also since it includes a rice and hamburger + sunny side egg on top of it while glazed with a special sauce. It also includes onion rings and fries! Overall, the place is very good and affordable, would recommend and go back again here :D
