I'm lactose intolerant, and they informed and changed also some parts of the breakfast for me. Everything was really nice. I will be back for sure.

Laundry is available at an extra charge. The owner was very welcoming and offered to change our rooms since we arrived early and there was another room with better view available. She did a brief introduction of Hakone and gave us a map of attractions to visit. It is cold during the winter but the bedsheets and heater kept us warm. It was a very enjoyable stay.

It comes packaged so you can take it with you if you aren't ready to eat. The room had what we needed to sleep and lay out our luggage easily. check in and check out was easy. Great value for money

The pod room is really quiet. The bath was always clean and I never had to wait. You can get a small breakfast for a fair price as well. The location is great, two minutes walk to Asakusa station. Hiro, Erika and the complete staff were really nice and helpful whenever you had any questions. Thanks a lot for the stay.
