Free WiFi and a shared kitchen are provided. I loved everything about the place! Nice location, as it's close to the train station, a convenience store, and a supermarket. There's also a small (and very affordable) ski resort nearby that is perfect for beginner skiers/snowboarders who want to do some practice runs before trying the pricier resorts in Niseko. The place was kept clean by the host (Ryo-san), who was simply great. He made the atmosphere so relaxed and welcoming for everyone that it didn't feel like I was among strangers. Wouldn't hesitate to book this place again if I'm ever back in the area.

We booked two rooms, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, it’s just a 5 minute drive to the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring the area. Jenny, the homeowner, made our trip even more special. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, she was there to help with anything we needed. She provided rides to and from the gondola, which was a huge bonus. Her deep knowledge of the village and surroundings made our experience even better, as she gave great recommendations for restaurants,bars and onsens . The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located place with a host who truly cares about her guests, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

The restaurant was amazing. we ate breakfast everyday and dinner a few times during our stay, and the food was always amazing. It was a little quiet, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming, and anan-san even gave us some tips on where to get find powder stashes!

Tho this is far from the popular ski resorts.

You can play billiards at the hostel, and the area is popular for skiing. Steve and Co. at the Owashi were wonderful hosts for my stay in Niseko. Very attentive crew willing to help you resolve a wide array of problems you may experience. I cant fault anything from the Owashi team, except maybe the live musician. Voice could do with some work
