Near the sea, a walk distance to some sightseeing places, also near the popular food market. Bus stop right near the property that takes you everywhere important, for me it was either center, bus station and of course Seoraksan National Park!! The interior is sooo lovely!! And the owner is sooo lovely!! He met me on the day of arrival, did a mini tour on the property, and thoroughly informed me about all the must-see places in Sokcho, as well as best Seoraksan trails to take. Moreover, he gave me some recommendations on the restaurants and places to go on a rainy day! I was traveling on the national holiday so he also gave some advice on the transportation, I was very grateful for that! All in all, It was such a warm stay thanks to the property owner. My room was spacious enough, with a big bed and a TV that had my favorite shows!! Also a spacious bathroom was a plus!

Aark House bevindt zich in Gangneung, op 35 km van Olympisch plein (Pyeongchang), en heeft accommodatie met airconditioning en een terras. The owner is so friendly and helpful,she even goes the extra mile to help. Staying in Aark House makes me feel like home and warm welcomed, I will def stay here again if I come back to Gangneung.

Dal Garam Guesthouse - 외국인 전용 ligt op 35 km van Olympisch plein (Pyeongchang) en 16 minuten lopen van treinstation van Gangneung, en is voorzien van kamers met airconditioning en een eigen badkamer in... The room and kitchen were sparkling clean. Breakfast was provided, hot coffee, juices, toast, and light snacks in the fridge. The owner speaks English and is knowledgeable. A well-taken care of stay.

The Castle Stay is gelegen in Chuncheon, op 16 minuten lopen van Chuncheon National University of Education, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. Vriendelijke eigenaren, goede locatie en het ontbijt was met zelfgemaakt brood. Echt heerlijk. Je hebt ook een grote kamer tot je beschikking met keukentje erin.

Very comfortable apartment that has everything you need for your stay! The host was super welcoming and helpful. He gave us a ton of advice. There is a cafe on the ground floor, some restaurants around and the beach is very close by walking. The lake has a walking trail- it’s pleasant to do a walk in the evening. After seeing other reviews we didn’t have high expectations but it was not bad at all! The room was clean, the bedding and towels as well. Water was provided. They even had a little live performance in the evening! Perfect location if you’re visiting Seoraksan.
