While they are not always on site, they are consistently prompt and responsive to any questions. Do keep in mind that this is a jungle setting. If you are very uncomfortable with insects or wildlife, this may not be the right fit — or you may prefer a higher-end property designed to be more sealed from the surrounding environment. It’s also worth noting that Wi-Fi can be spotty depending on where you are on the property, and mobile signal does not reliably reach the area. This means you are quite disconnected, which some guests will love and others may find challenging. The staff went above and beyond to help in this regard — they even relocated the router to my dorm, which I happened to have to myself. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay with great hospitality.
