Staying at Riad Dar Afram was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Essaouira. The riad itself is full of character—beautifully decorated with artistic touches, cozy corners, and a rooftop that’s perfect for relaxing after a day in the medina. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Saida, the heart and soul of the riad. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with such warmth and genuine kindness that I immediately felt at home. She’s not only incredibly friendly, but also always ready to help—whether it’s with recommendations, directions, or just a lovely chat over mint tea. Her energy lights up the entire place. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a stay—somewhere that feels personal, inspiring, and full of soul—Dar Afram is it. Thank you, Saida, for everything. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place — the dorms are super clean, with comfy beds, curtains for privacy, and lockers. The host is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything or tell a funny story. I absolutely loved the vibe here and just kept extending my stay. Highly recommend!

Perfekt calm area surrounded by donkeys and dogs. The owner was a joy to be around. So happy we chose to stay at Ayour hostel !!

The hostel is a gem with excellent facilities, a great location and amazing people you can meet. It is very clean and beautiful with an even better experience from the rooftop cafe where you can work, relax or get a great start to your morning.

There's definetely a wave which is wandering through the hostel storeys like a ghost throughout the day that is warm to the core which is not of a pretention but of very from the heart,you feel it. All staff are part of this warmth without exception,you see them enjoying this wave, like greeting,dancing. Also there's Kawtar,who has utter unique cuteness, that is enchanting.

Hostel Riad Maqam is a truly special place, and it exceeded all my expectations. It doesn’t feel like a typical hostel, it feels more like home, surrounded by family and friends. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like one of their own, not just a guest. The staff and fellow travelers are incredibly kind, and I quickly felt part of the family. We shared laughter, meals, and spent time together in the living room and on the rooftop, making my 3 week stay unforgettable. The location inside the Medina is perfect, and the breakfast was always delicious, plenty of food to fill you up and start your day. The place is clean, and they even have a kitchen where you can cook. While the rooms are okay, the beds are very comfortable, so I had no complaints at all. The entire team is always ready to help with anything you might need, which made my experience even more enjoyable. A huge shout out to the amazing people who made my stay so special: Khoya Marouane, Mohassin, Mohammed, Acraf, and Okht Aarobi. You all made me feel like family. And of course, not to forget the newest member of the family Caicai the cat, the cutest little energy booster, who filled the hostel with warmth, joy, and endless charm. I’ll definitely be back!

Το Surf HouseMaroc είναι στην Εσαουίρα, σε απόσταση 20 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Golf de Mogador και διαθέτει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και βεράντα. In addition to everything being smooth and as expected, it was probably the best breakfast out of 8 places we visited in Morocco, very fresh
