It was great! You got a locker under the bed, curtain for the bed, and in the female dorm the shower and bathroom were inside! Nice kitchen too! And the open spaces were nice with couches!

The customer service was top notch. Brian gave us great suggestions, arranged our shuttle. We were even able to rent a locker while hiking Acatenango. The place was super clean they were constantly cleaning. For breakfast you had an assortment of food, fruits, eggs, vegetables and even crepes one day, they changed it daily so it was not boring.

The whole place is just so cute. You come inside and smell the Jasmin flowers. We arrived at 5 in the morning from the night bus and one of the ladies working there welcomed us very friendly. The several courtyards are wonderfully decorated and there are several places to sit - in the shade but also on terraces. The women in the kitchen are just amazingly warm people, greeting you with a smile and even preparing breakfast for you at 4 in the morning. The staff is incredibly helpful and tries to find a solution for everything - one of them walked with us around in the neighborhood to find an open lavanderia on a Sunday. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a hot water bottle as it can get cold at night - but this is just because I am a person that gets cold easily.

It's small and cosy, nothing fancy and not a party backpackers hostel, yet you get to meet the nicest people. The beds are comfortable, there is a plug right on the side of every bed. Towels provided. Very cheap price and still nice breakfast included. Nice terrace where you can sunbathe or just chill. Area to wash your clothes. Very clean and the rooms smell good. Safe. The staff is really friendly and helpful with everything. Big lockers that can fit both the big backpack and the smaller one. I felt really nice and comfortable in this hostel!
