They helped us with numerous things and were always incredibly helpful and very trustworthy :) Rooms are very clean and functional, each season there is constant improvements made, and it shows. Also, most importantly, the wifi is excellent and accessible from every inch of the property. Food is also awesome, chef used to be at a major restaurant in town and brings all of his experience with him!

The breakfast offers continental, American or Asian options. At the hostel you will find a restaurant serving American and Nepalese cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Excellent place to stay - really great location. The double private room was very spacious and the staff were very welcoming. We weren't able to pay by credit card on their system but they sent the link and that worked well. Would recommend. Note that the hotel asked for a review but I would have given them this rating anyway
