The reception was going to charge us to leave our luggage overnight, but when we stated that we'd asked about leaving luggage before while going to Colca Canyon before check-in and never been told previously there would be a charge, they allowed us to leave things for free, and we were very grateful. Here are mostly couples or people who travel together. Hilda, the host, is really nice and always willing to help you! She will also give you advice about what to do in Arequipa apart from the classical tours. It is a clean place and I'd recommend taking a shower I'm the small bathroom because there is hot water. I'd come back!

Super friendly hostel ☀️ Although not a party hostel, the most social place I have stayed recently - I think due to the kitchen and dining space! Great to have breakfast included (typical bread, jam, eggs, coffee). Bedding was super snuggly, and had hot showers. Easy to organise colca canyon hike and rafting through. Would recommend!

Providing a tranquil environment, the rooms in Park Hostel feature either private or shared bathroom facilities with 24-hour hot water. I loved the views of the mountains/volcano from the rooftop. Its ran by a very nice family and feels almost like you're in a relatives house - very cosy. We stayed in an inner room and I didn't hear any noise from the street. They will do your laundry for you if needed, they use a clothes line which I prefer to a dryer as it doesn't shrink the clothes.
