The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. Because there weren’t many guests that night he let me choose the room by myself. I got an incredible mountain view room and it was super clean. The garden is well organized and beautiful, plenty of space you can relax and enjoy the day. At night, it is quiet and just about dark enough to see the starry sky. The next morning before I departed, the owner gave me clear directions back to Cabanaconde. And delicious meals btw! A lot of hikers just stopped here for lunch.

We liked everything about the place: spacious room, hot shower, a lot of blankets - so we felt always warm. The staff is also friendly. Attention to the details in the decorations.
