The stay in the hostel was great! If you need anything from equipment, to tours, to recommendations about where to eat Will and Paola who are the owners and receptionist will gladly help you. In the end of the stay we even went rock climbing together at los olivos which was a lot of fun. In general it felt more like being part of the family, than a stay in a hostal. (This and the Nature of Huaraz was the reason why I always extended my stay and stayed in the end for round about 20 days without any regrets ! The rooms themselves have always been nice and clean. And if you go for a hike you could always store your stuff for free!

We are really happy we booked this place and for a very decent price you really get a great experience. First, we were able to check-in very early in the morning when we arrived with the night bus from Lima - around 06:00 am. Thank you for that! We really, really needed the break. Second, we were able to check-out a lot later for 50 soles for both so we could rest until the night bus back to Lima. They were really helpful in booking us a taxi for one of our day trips and the owner took us in his car from the hostel to the bus station when we were leaving since there were no available cabs. The room is small but it's great to relax after crazy days of travel and hiking. We had a really clean private bathroom with probably the best running hot water in our entire Peru trip. The bed was really comfortable. There is a small breakfast included in the price. I wrote to the hosts before traveling and they were very responsive and helped me get in contact with an agency to discuss some hiking opportunities. The week we were there they just opened a bar with some nice activities going on so it's a great place to meet fellow travelers and grab something to drink. We recommend this place very highly!

Erik and his family were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They made you feel like part of their family from the moment you arrived. The rooms are simple and comfortable and the property is on a quiet street. Breakfast is provided in the family kitchen and we had access to cooking facilities and the fridge. We went on an 8-day Huayuash trek with Erik and the whole experience was spectacular. Erik is a very able and knowledgeable guide. He is eager to share his understanding of the mountains, Peruvian history and politics and the rich culture of the country. The food he provides is delicious and his equipment and organizational skills are excellent.

Το Tony's House Eco Hostel έχει κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, βεράντα και μπαρ, στον προορισμό Huaraz. Carla, the hostel host, was amazing! She could always point us in the right direction when we had questions and was full of good advice for things to do in Huaraz and the surrounding areas. She even stayed up past midnight to let us in the first night when our bus was delayed 3 hours.

Everything was perfect, it was one of best hostels I've ever been to. It's localised very close to the city center, the beds are very big and comfortables. The bathroom in the room is spacious and tidy and shared kitchen is also big. I was welcomed with coca tea as I wasnt feeling very well when I arrived. And the Lady from the reception was an ANGEL - I had problem with my flight check-in and she spend over an hour to try to help me with that, looking in the internet and asking other hostels. In the end it worked and she saved me a looot of stress. Thank you once more! :)

Το Andes Hostel βρίσκεται σε Huaraz, Ancash, σε απόσταση 800μ από Στάδιο Rosas Pampa. I really felt at home in this place. I stayed for a long time and really enjoyed. The owners are friendly and helpful, and have they're own agency with good quality and prices, which makes it really easy to make plans. The kitchen serves as a really nice shared space, where I met the other guests every morning and evening, and made many friends. It's located near the center but on a quiet street, and great value for money :) Thank you for everything!
