Very friendly and accomodating staff, great location, beautiful river views from our rooms, as well as a beautiful garden area. Really appreciated the access to drinking water and a lovely common area looking out into the river. All together extremely inviting and cosy. Great location too - close to the promenade which has a lovely atmosphere, but also close to the plaza, restaurants, shops and markets. We would love to stay at Boulevard 251 again.

Luis has put a lot of care & attention into the hostel to make it somewhere that people can stay and hang out safely & comfortably. Staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The place felt very safe and was clean. WiFi was much better than excpected. Around the hotel you can find planty tiny restaurants with local street food - it is tasty and very cheap. In general location is not very close to the tourists attractions, but it feels more interesting in some other aspects.
